RETURN/REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All sales are considered final, refund will be entitled within 7 days on deliverd date. Most refunds are issued based on the online transfer from the company. It may take up to 7 business days for it to process.  – If payment via Credit Card we will direct refund to credit card.
  • Before deliver of products, Ismart will practice to check and ensure all the products are in the good condition. Ismart guarantee all products are brand new and good quality from the manufacturer. Therefore, Ismart DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN from customer unless the product is real “MANUFACTURER DEFECT”.
  • Customer need to notify us if there are any damaged or defected product from manufacturer within 3 days from the moment that customer received the goods. Failure of do so will treated at customer own risk.
  • Ismart will not responsible and accept any return after the 3 days period.
  • Ismart DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on SOFTWARE once the package had opened due to licensing and copyright laws. If there are any defect of the software, the defective software CD can be exchange with same title CD only within 14days of received goods. Warranty of software backed by the software product manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  • Ismart provide an exchange service if the items received are wrong products shipped to customer. Customers need to notify us if there are any wrong product delivered within 7days and return the product with original packing content.
  • Product returned without original packing and incomplete accessories and promotional gift WILL NOT ENTITLED for exchange product request.
  • Customer need to provided ORIGINAL RECEIPT for exchange and return products.
  • Exchange request will be DENIED if the product tag is removed or package of product is opened; the sealed package is opened and the packaging materials are lost or the products is used or damaged.
  • ISmart WILL NOT responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • Please note that certain products such as Laptop, Desktop, Monitors, Projectors, Printers etc are not available for exchange service, but entitled to warranty service provided by manufacturer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • After completing payment, customer can request for cancellation in the term that the products are not been dispatched upon agreed date.
  • If cancellation request approved, refund will be made.
  • Cancellation can be REJECTED if the product has already dispatched.
